New Online Appointment Booking

We now have a limited amount of appointments for both doctors and the phlebotomist available for booking online. Due to the complexity of nurse run clinics it is not possible at this time to offer online bookings with a nurse. Please do not book an appointment with the doctor for a problem that can be dealt with by a nurse. See our guide for appropriate bookings.

Doctors Appointments

This facility is only available for ROUTINE doctors appointments for a

 single issue.

We ask that you enter a reason for the appointment in the box provided when booking the appointment in order that we can be sure that it is appropriate that the doctor sees you and not a nurse. Details entered are secure and cannot be intercepted.

Phlebotomy Appointments

This facility is only available for patients who have been given their blood request forms by the doctor or those patients who are routinely monitored.

Please let us know if you are unable to attend an appointment either by cancelling on line or telephoning the surgery. This will allow us to offer the appointment to someone else.

If you fail to attend an appointment booked on line, the surgery reserve the right to revoke the use of the on line service.

If you already use the internet prescription ordering facility you are automatically registered to use the internet appointment booking service. Log on as usual and the booking facility can be seen alongside the prescription ordering.

If you would like to start using both the prescription ordering or the appointment booking service please ask the receptionist for details.
